The Thread Connect Rotary Steering System consists of :

    • Double Helm : Part No : LM-H-002
  • Steering Cable : Part No: SC 11-XX (XX is the length of the cable in feets)
  • Bezel Kit :
    • Bezel Kit-90 degree : Part No.LM-B-0001
    • Bezel Kit-20 degree : Part No : LM-B-0002

  • Steering Helm

    • Thread Connect Steering helm : LM-H-001/LM-H-002

    • Compact Planetary Design
    • Conventional Threaded Ends
    • Applicable for Boat Length : 9 mtr for Out Board and 10.5 mtr for Inboard
    • Construction Details :
      - Helm Cover : High Pressure die Cast Aluminium Alloy
      - Planetary Gear Set : High Pressure Die Cast Zinc Alloy
      - Shaft : Galvanised Steel
    • No : Of Steering Wheel Turns : 3.8 Approx.
    • Maximum Steering Wheel Dia : 16 inch (400 mm)
    • BlackPowder Coated for increased corrosion resistance.




  • Steering Cable

    • Steering Cable SC 11-XX ( XX is the length of the cable)

    • Steering cable to be used with LM-H-001/LM-H-002 Helm
    • Output Ends of Stainless Steel
    • Maximum Travel: 9inch (230 mm)
    • Minimum bend radius :- 8 inch (200mm)
    • Maximum working load at Tiller end: - 5000N (500kg)
    • Cable Outer Diameter: 15 mm
    • Spiral inner cable Diameter : 8 mm



  • Bezel Kit

    • Bezel Kit: (Included with the Steering helm)

    • Bezel made from Engineering Plastic
    • 90 degree and 20 degree options.
    • Black color available as standard options.
    • Other colours available as per customers requirements.
    • Whie Bezel is available on request Suffix the part no. with "W" for the white Bezel e.g. LM-B-0001 .




    Note :
    • Both LM-H-001/LM-H-002 should not be used on boats where engine power exceeds the boat manufacturers specified horse power rating.
    • Use Double Helm and Cable System for Boats faster than 50 mph.
